CHOCOLATE FILLING



INGREDIENTS:
4 dl whip cream
200g Philadelpia cream cheese 
200g Fazer milk chocolate

METHOD:
Whip the whip cream until it´s like a foam, add the cream cheese. Then add chocolate, which you have melted and cooled. You can melt the chocolate by using microwave, but you have to check, that it doesn´t burn. Or you can put it in a bowl, and put the bowl inside a hot water pot, until it melts.
Make sure you don´t over whip the whip cream.

TIPS:
You can use any chocolate you want , white chocolate or dark chocolate as you wish, instead of milk chocolate.
You can use mint chocolate also, just add few drops of mint essence.
